Becky Harman
Becky Harman - 18 years old, working at Frank Haslam Milan in the Customer Service Dept, dealing with queries and complaints of the service users (Housing tenants).
Becky was signed up on a Customer Service Foundation Modern Apprenticeship in March 2008.
Becky completed quality statements and other forms of evidence to achieve both NVQ and Technical Certificate in just over two months. Becky was relaxed from Keyskills, the portfolio was IV'd and signed off in June 2008.
Becky has recently been signed up on an Advanced Modern Apprenticeship in Customer Service, and also been nominated by her superiors for the 'Trainee of the year award' at Frank Haslam Milan. A pleasure to work with and a joy to see her achieve.
