Northern Ireland Programmes and Services

We are committed to delivering high quality front line public services.

We pride ourselves in working in partnership with the whole community to develop and deliver programmes rooted in the community, for example, we actively recruit our employees from the local demographic to ensure that they understand the issues that our customers face.

We are passionate about developing public services and are working to ensure that we:

  • Support reform in the delivery of public services - engaging more people and employers in the development and delivery of services.
  • Help more young people achieve more and go on to fulfil their potential.
  • Help businesses become more competitive by ensuring their employees have the right skills.
  • Address the challenges of social exclusion by better engaging with and responding to the needs of the NEET (Not in Education, Employment and Training) learner group.
  • Drive the quality and responsiveness of the supply side by shifting the focus to the customer

A4e began delivering employment and skills training in Northern Ireland in May 2007.
