What can I do?
At A4e Skills we expect all our staff, learners, visitors and volunteers to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with respect for others, a thoughtful consideration for the needs of the A4e community and society in general.
Respect Weeks encourages you to be an ambassador as well as a member of a community that is considered welcoming, respectful and inclusive for everyone.

Lead Respect!
Learn about interpersonal and communication skills that promote dignity and respect.
Speak out about Disrespect!
Learn how to recognise and challenge language and behaviours that might cause offense to others and how to report incidents.
Get involved!
