A4e Learning & Skills offers professional, free and impartial information and advice to young people and adults who are seeking to improve their skills, qualifications and career prospects. We ensure good quality information and advice is built into and available throughout our programmes in order to help our learners:
- Make the right choices about their options in learning or work
- Make the best of the opportunities we offer
- Access the help and support they need to succeed
- Plan their development and career progression
Information and Advice you can expect from your A4e programme
- Up-to-date information and advice on work-based learning qualifications such as Apprenticeships and NVQs
- One to one help and support from a qualified and experienced Learning Assessor and/or Trainer
- Advice on working within specific job sectors in which A4e is accredited to provide work-based learning
- Help indentifying and understanding your skills, strengths and interests
- A range of one-to-one and group sessions designed to help you explore and develop employability and personal effectiveness skills
- Regular reviews of you progress and achievements
- Free access to computers and the internet to assist learning and career planning activities
- Help accessing specialist support and guidance dependent on your needs
- Help and advice exploring the range of progression routes available to you on completion of qualifications / programmes with A4e
